Long rest and brain test

Well, wondering what I'm referring to ...Ever wondered what MBA is like... I mean after working for around 6 years, whew.... a challenging part in life, where you have to sacrifice a lot of things just to study, A time where we decide to study rather than running away from it.
My story is from IBS Hyderabad, well it took me quite a courage to take a decision about this, appeared for the entrance (IBSAT,Micro presentation & Interview), got selected and finally joined the course, it was more going back in time, and being a student in college(after bossing around for 6 yrs lol ). The course is intense, challenging, fun, and bombarding. Each semester or trimester is close to 45 days with 3 subjects and case study driven.WOOH, that was something new to start with. The key here is to unlearn what you have already learnt and start a new journey, which many people fail to do so as they are habituated to carry their luggage all the time.The first semester to get everyone more familiar with the terms in Accounts, Marketing and Organizational Behaviour followed by a Term exam.Well that's just not it, we usually have three assignments weekly, in simple "DUDE - BE ON YOUR TOES"....
Haaah... that was too much about academics.. The Two years kids also celebrated the freshers party for the First years (oh! btw - Me is doing Executive PGP course - Duration 1yr), so we were also invited ... A thrilling three day party, Music all over the campus,Disco. and many more crazy thing.. apart from that we enjoy Table tennis, Volleyball, Cricket, Basket ball,Midnight Snacks..... It's more tasty to have a grilled cheese sandwich at 2:00am rather in evening or morning.
Finally a message to people who would like to pursue MBA after work experience, a good option, however if you are good at grasping,learning, and have sound knowledge(academically), then the 1yr course is suitable, else you might wanna join the two year program, rather than a 1 yr course..
Dammm, getting late, have to go for lunch and then HR lecture... Catch u laterz.....

Say Good Morning to GM DIET

Intro:
GM ( General Motor's ) Diet is a well know diet program designed to detoxify body & also for weight reduction . 7 days diet program & it should be followed once in a month or in two months. If followed sincerely you can loose upto 2-3 Kg in a week . However after following GM diet one must take care of the diet because the person can regain weight within 2-3 days.

CAUTION :Who are Suffering from Diabetes , Hypertension or other heart problems should not go for
GM Diet. No Alcohol should be consumed within this period.

For all those who cannot run those few miles everyday, cannot spare 2 hours for gym, or rather say are very busy, here's what can hep you clean your body from all the junk you have been eating for all these years,also to reduce a little weight so that your old Fav' jeans can fit you again, rather say turn you slim.

How it's done:
DAY 1 :

1) BREAK-FAST: (8.30 AM -9.00 AM)
1 APPLE + 1-2 GLASS OF WATER
2) MID MORNING: (10-30 AM -11.00 PM)
1 BOWL OF RAW PAPAYA+ 1-2 GLASS OF WATER
3) LUNCH: (1.00 pm-1.30)
1 BOWL OF WATER MELLON OR MUSK MELLON+ 1-2 GLASS OF WATER
4) TEA: (4.00pm-4.30)
1 ORANGE OR 1 SWEET LIME OR 1 CHIKU & 1 GLASS OF WATER
5) EVENING: (6.00 pm -6.30 pm)
1 GLASS OF COCONUT WATER.
6) DINNER: (8.30PM -9.00 PM)
1 APPLE + 1-2 GLASS OF WATER.
NOTE: ONLY FRUITS NO BANANA.

DAY 2

1 ) BREAK-FAST: (8.30 am-9.00 am )
1 BOILED POTATO + 1 to 2 glass of water.
2 ) MID MORNING: (10.30 am-11.00)
1 BOWL OF RAW CABBAGE + 1 to 2 glass of water.
3 ) LUNCH: (1.00 pm-1.30)
1 TOMATO+ 1 CUCUMBER+ 1/2 BOILED BEET + 1 to 2 glass of water.
4 ) TEA: (4.00pm-4.30)
2 TOMATOES + 1 to 2 glass of water.
5 ) EVENING: (6.00pm- 6.30)
1 GLASS OF VEG JUICE(PALAK+ TOMATO).
6 ) DINNER:(9.30pm-10.00)
BOILED LAUKI(DUDHI)can add salt & other spices + Water
NOTE : ONLY VEGETABLES ARE CONSUMED

DAY 3

1 ) BREAK-FAST: (8.30 am-9.00 am )
1 RAW APPLE + 1 to 2 glass of water.
2 ) MID MORNING: (10.30 am-11.00)
1 BOWL OF PAPAYA+ 1 to 2 glass of water.
3 ) LUNCH: (1.00 pm-1.30)
1 TOMATO+ 1 CUCUMBER+ 1/2 BOILED BEET + 1 to 2 glass of water.
4 ) TEA: (4.00pm-4.30)
1 SWEET LIME OR ORANGE+ 1 to 2 glass of water.
5 ) EVENING: (6.00pm- 6.30)
1 GLASS OF VEG JUICE(PALAK+ TOMATO) OR 1 CHIKU.
6 ) DINNER: (9.30pm-10.00)
BOILED LAUKI(DUDHI)can add salt & other spices + Water

Day 4

1/2 GLASS SKIM MILK + 1 to 2 glass of water.

1 BANANA+ 1 to 2 glass of water.
3 ) LUNCH: (1.00 pm-1.30)
1 GLASS SKIM MILK WITHOUT SUGAR + 1 to 2 glass of water.
4)TEA:(4.00pm-4.30)
1 BANANA + 1 to 2 glass of water.
5 ) EVENING: (6.00pm- 6.30)
1 BANANA.
6 ) DINNER: (9.30pm-10.00)
1/2 GLASS SKIM MILK WITHOUT SUGAR
NOTE: ONLY SKIM MILK & BANANA, NO SUGAR.

Day 5

1 ) BREAK-FAST: (8.30 am-9.00 am )
1 KATORI PRESSURE COOKED BROWN RICE+ 1 to 2 glass of water.
2) MID MORNING: (10.30 am-11.00)
2 TOMATOES+ 1 to 2 glass of water.
3 ) LUNCH: (1.00 pm-1.30)
I KATORI BROWN RICE COOKED IN TOMATO GRAVY+ 1 to 2 glass of water.
4 ) TEA: (4.00pm-4.30)
2 TOMATOES CAN ADD SALT & JEERA+ 1 to 2 glass of water.
5 ) EVENING: (6.00pm- 6.30)
1 GLASS OF WATER WITH LEMON & SALT.
6 ) DINNER: (9.30pm-10.00)
BOILED BROWN RICE,can add salt & other spices + water
NOTE : BROWN RICE & TOMATOES ONLY.

Day 6

A little Mii, A little Wii

Yes you are right if you are wondering I am refering to Nitendo WII, well not the best person to provide details about it, being a hardcore PC gamer, I wondered if it was funny to go back to cartoonish games, and one day finally my friend kartik gets a WII, and guess what, it's fun, challanging, makes you think faster, improves ur reflexes, and makes you stratagise the game, most of all I like it best because it's fun and if you choose a right game, you no longer have to getup early morning and go for that jog in winters, JUST WII and you'll feel better. Games like "Mario& Sonic at the olympic games" make you tired and sweat all the stubborn fat in your body.I would recommend this for kids as this can be a learning curve for all games like pole mount, long jump, hammer throw and many more, trust me there are many around you who never heard about any of thease names. Well it's four of us Kartik, deeps, madz and me who make the best use of it, jam in order pizzas and roll on the game, it also has a large variety of sets like board game, fighting(brawl), and now the WII FIT will make a huge difference. well, time to play WII now..cya
